This board is designed to evaluate LTE modules and with its help you can access various features of the module. In the evaluation boards, we have tried to make all the capabilities of the module available and you can easily perform your tests with the help of this board.
The main component and interface placement of the evaluation board is shown in the following figure:

Step 2: After installation Act like a software wizard.
Step 3: Connect the Evaluation Board by USB to the computer.
Step 4: select your board in the port section, set the baudrate to 115200, and click Connect.
Step 5: Click on the gear and see if the module is connected.
Step 6: By entering AT Command, you can use different parts of the module.
⚠️
Hint: Make sure the power supply voltage is stable. The board will power up and turn on automatically as soon as power is applied — there is no separate power-off switch required.
A full-featured, compact evaluation board for the Quectel EG915U-EU LTE Cat.1 module — supports Europe/Africa/Middle East bands, dual nano-SIM, GNSS, Wi-Fi/BT scan, and voice over LTE (VoLTE).
Does it have dual SIM support? +
Yes — two independent nano-SIM (4FF) slots on the board. Switch between them using AT+CUSIM command.
How do I turn the module on? +
Just connect the USB-C cable → the board powers automatically. Press the PWRKEY button for ~2 seconds to turn the module on (STATUS LED will light up).
How do I communicate with the module? +
Connect via USB-C → multiple COM ports appear:
• Highest-numbered port = Main AT port (115200 bps default)
• Lower ports = Debug / GNSS NMEA / Modem ports
Main UART (TX/RX) and Debug UART (D TX/D RX) are also broken out on the 20-pin header.
Does it support GNSS? +
Yes — integrated GPS/BeiDou/GLONASS/Galileo/QZSS with dedicated GNSS U.FL connector for active antenna.
Is Wi-Fi / Bluetooth available? +
EG915U supports Wi-Fi scan and Bluetooth scan (passive). A shared DIV/Wi-Fi/BT U.FL connector is provided for external antenna.
