MP9487GN–Z

The MP9487GN chip is a high-voltage switching regulator, step-down, capable of providing a continuous current of 1A for the load. It integrates a power MOSFET that can withstand a voltage range of approximately 4.5 to 100 volts with a maximum current of 3.5A.
